Meta Pixel

Resend (Email Delivery)

We use Resend to send transactional emails, including email verification links, inquiry confirmations, property analysis reports, and nurture sequence emails. Meta / Facebook (Advertising & Pixel)

We use Meta's advertising platform (Facebook and Instagram) to run ads and measure campaign performance. The Meta Pixel shares anonymized event data (page views, form submissions as conversion events) with Meta. Your personal form data (name, email, phone) is not directly transmitted to Meta. Meta's data practices are governed by Meta's Privacy Policy.

Google (Analytics)

Google Analytics 4 processes anonymized website usage data on our behalf. Google may use this data in accordance with its own privacy policies. See Google's Privacy Policy.

Google Sheets (Data Storage)

Lead submissions are appended to a Google Sheets spreadsheet used by our sales and operations team for pipeline management. Data is stored securely in Google's infrastructure and accessible only to authorized Realtevo team members. Google's data practices are governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

OpenAI (Property Analysis)

When you submit a property inquiry, we may use OpenAI's API to generate a personalized revenue analysis email. Property details you provide (location, bedrooms, estimated value) may be processed by OpenAI to generate this analysis. OpenAI's privacy policy is at openai.com/privacy. We do not share your contact information (name, email, phone) directly with OpenAI.

Neon / PostgreSQL (Database)

Your submitted information is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Neon. This database is encrypted at rest and accessible only to authorized systems and personnel.

Render (Hosting)

Our website and application is hosted on Render, a cloud platform. Render processes web traffic and application data as part of hosting services. See Render's Privacy Policy.

We do not share your personal information with any third parties for their own marketing purposes.

05 Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy and as required by applicable law:

• Lead submissions — retained for up to 3 years from the date of submission to support ongoing business relationships and CRM purposes
• Email communication logs — retained for up to 2 years to track nurture sequence completion and compliance with opt-out requests
• Anti-spam records — IP-based rate limit records are retained for a rolling 24-hour window; rejected submission audit logs are retained for 90 days
• Analytics data — aggregated and anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely; individual session data follows Google Analytics' and Meta's own retention policies

Access

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.

You may request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information.

Deletion

You may request that we delete your personal information from our systems. We will honor deletion requests unless we are legally required to retain certain records.

Opt-Out of Marketing Emails

Every marketing and nurture email we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email. Clicking it will immediately remove you from our email sequence. You may also opt out by contacting us directly at the address in Section 12.

Opt-Out of Data Sharing for Advertising

You may opt out of the Meta Pixel and interest-based advertising by visiting your Facebook Ad Preferences or using the tools at optout.aboutads.info.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information in Section 12. We will respond to verifiable requests within 45 days.

07 Email Communications

By submitting a form on our website, you consent to receiving email communications from Realtevo Investments. These may include:

• Email verification — a one-time link to verify your email address before we send additional communications
• Confirmation email — acknowledgment that we received your inquiry
• Property analysis report — an AI-generated revenue projection based on details you submitted (for investment/property inquiries)
• Nurture sequence — a series of 4 educational emails over several weeks covering vacation rental investment, management services, and relevant market insights
• Direct follow-up — personal outreach from a Realtevo team member

You may unsubscribe from marketing and nurture emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at privacy@realtevoinvestments.com. Transactional emails (like email verification) cannot be opted out of as they are necessary to process your request.

08 California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

09 Children's Privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected information from a minor under 18, we will delete it promptly.
